Implementing a comprehensive set of policies and procedures is crucial for the smooth operation and success of our landscape company. These guidelines cover various aspects, including project planning, resource allocation, safety protocols, client communication, and quality control. By adhering to these policies, we aim to streamline our operations, enhance efficiency, maintain a safe work environment, and consistently deliver high-quality landscaping services. This structured approach will contribute to overall success by fostering professionalism, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.

Pet Waste and Lawn Care

  • To protect our equipment and maintain proper sanitary standards, we will not service lawns that have pet waste present.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service due to this and 50% of the service cost will be billed and rescheduled for a later date.

  • Respectfully we ask that this be taken care of prior to service, it is recommended that it be done the night before the morning of service to ensure the yard is free of debris.

Payment

  • Payment is due on the day of service. No exceptions. Invoices are sent the day prior as to serve as a reminder along with our accepted payment methods.

  • If payments are sent late in a habitual manner, late fees will begin to incur as well as relinquish of service if deemed necessary.

Refunds

  • All sales/services are FINAL. We aim to have complete client satisfaction, and should there be any issues, we ask that you bring it to our attention immediately within 24 hours so that we may remedy any problems.

​

Cancellations

  • Should the client decide to cease or end service, a 14-day notice is required as we carefully consider each client when making our schedule. Without notice, one week’s service will be billed subsequently.

  • If the client desires to cancel and or reschedule a singular service for whatever reason, we kindly request 24hrs notice.
